Diagonal Window Peekaboo Card in Berry Burst Gingham

I love the Glorious Gingham Designer Series Papers (and don’t forget the DSP’s are on sale!). I couldn’t wait to try this card technique that I saw from Lisa Curcio. The possibilities are endless with the little peek-a-boo diamond in the center of the card:

Here are the basic measurements:

BASE:

Basic White Cardstock for card base: 4 1/4″ x 11”, score at 5 1/2.” (Or you can use any colored cardstock, if you’d prefer)
Designer Series Paper: Cut 4 @ 2” x 2 5/8”

Once my small patterned squares are affixed to the card front, I worked on the rest of the card. I used the Medium Daisy Punch to punch out two daisies. The specialty papers I used can be found below. Just click to start shopping! I stamped some small background flowers and the sentiment on the center front of the card. I then adhered the two-layered daisy with a glue dot, and an Iridescent Gem. There – done!
