FINALLY, I was able to crack open my Jar of Love Bundle — the beautiful Jar of Love stamp set along with the Everyday Jars Framelits Dies, both from Stampin’ Up!, of course! This card is made from a step card pattern, easily found on the Internet or Pinterest. It was a blast to make, and much easier than it looks, actually. The gold-striped Designer Series Paper on the card is actually from the Wonderland DSP from the 2015 Holiday Catalog. I wanted something with a little shine that would match the gold-foiled “Hello” message on front of the card. The cardstock colors are Peekaboo Peach and Bermuda Bay, with Very Vanilla as the background to this gorgeous bouquet. I used So Saffron, Sweet Sugarplum, Emerald Envy, Dapper Denim, and Bermuda Bay, and Basic Black ink colors. It was fun experimenting with the two-step flowers in this set. For the most part, the flowers are created the the same color ink pad, simply by stamping OFF one time for the bigger part of the flower, and then using full-strength ink for the flower accents.
Mary,
Just love the Hello Jar of Love card that you posted. Haven’t purchased it yet, but really want to get it sometime in the future.
