I may very well be under the spell of the snowmen from the new “Spirited Snowmen” stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
Thank you to fellow stamper Tina Wandell for the inspiration! This card starts with a base of Tranquil Tide card stock. Upon that, I built a layer using a panel of Whisper White cardstock embossed using the Softly Falling Textured Embossing Folder, 4 1/8″ X 2 1/2′. I also used a panel measuring 4 1/8″ X 3 3/8″. Overlap them a little in the middle and adhere. I wrapped a piece of Tranquil Tide ribbon around to the back and adhered with SNAIL. I tied a small bow and attached it with a glue dot.
From there, I stamped the cute little skater guy with Memento Ink onto Thick Whisper White cardstock. I used an Aqua Painter to shade in the snowman with Tranquil Tide, Cherry Cobbler, and Gray Granite. You can do whatever you’d like — that’s the fun of coloring with the Aqua Painters — no right or wrong, just fun!

I used the Stitched Shape Framelits Dies and my Big Shot to cut out the snowman. I adhered with a few Dimensionals. I stamped a sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set onto a scrap of Whisper White and cut out using the Banner Triple Punch to finish off the two ends. I adhered that with Dimensionals as well.
