Amazing Silhouettes, II!

Yesterday, I featured one of my favorite products from the brand new 2022 January-June Mini Catalog — a stamp set called Amazing Silhouettes. The four larger stamps in the set create negative space that results in a striking effect. Today, I’m focusing on a different stamp from that set….the butterfly silhouette.

The butterfly is one of these four stamps:

Amazing Silhouettes Stamp Set

For my project, I started with a card base of Basic White. I embossed a panel of Pale Papaya cardstock of 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ with the 3D Embossing folder and adhered it to the card base. I took a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock, cut at 2 3/4″ x 5″, and a panel of Whisper White at 2 1/2″ x 4 3/4.” Onto the white panel, I stamped three butterflies, starting in the middle: one in Pale Papaya, one in Flirty Flamingo, one in Soft Succulent. I adhered the white panel to the Soft Succulent panel.

I adhered some Pale Papaya 3/8″ ribbon to the back of the Soft Succulent panel before popping it up on Stampin’ Dimensionals onto the card base. I then stamped a sentiment from Happy & Heartfelt on a small banner piece from the Tasteful Labels Dies in Soft Succulent, and adhered it to the front.

I finished with a little bling from the 2021-23 Jewels. I hope you enjoyed my card today. Click on any products below to shop with me!
