Of all the cards I send, thank-you cards are probably what I use most. I used Stampin’ Up! notecards and envelopes, along with the Texture Chic Designer Series papers, to create these thank-you cards:
Thanks to fellow stamper Brian King for the inspiration from his thank-you cards using these beautiful papers. I used white notecards, and then layered a panel of Crumb Cake card stock next, measured at 4 7/8″ by 3 3/8″. I then cut panels from the Texture Chic DSP (there are sooo many to choose from, and they are so shiny with their gold foil accents!) measuring 4 1/2″ by 3″ (or whatever you’d like!) and adhered both panels onto the card base. Here are more designs!
After adding the Texture Chic paper panel, I used a variety of punches and a sentiment from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set to complete each card. I used Early Espresso and Evening Evergreen ink to stamp the sentiment on a piece of Crumb Cake with the Tailor Made Punch. I then used the Leaf Punch, and a two dies from the Meadows dies with the Distressed Gold Specialty paper to embellish each card.
Here is the set of Texture Chic Specialty Paper. Each one is more gorgeous than that the last, and the foil gold accents are so elegant!
