Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month, the theme is Punch Your Art Out. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I chose to use the new “Trucking Along” Punch Bundle, which has been in and out of availability:
The bundle is slated to be back in inventory in October, and if you missed the first order, I hope you get your bundle just in time for holiday crafting. My project also uses the new One Horse Open Sleigh designer series papers. Wow, are they fun to use!
Measurements:
- Card base: Early Espresso, 8 1/2 by 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4″
- Petal Pink Card Stock, 5 1/2″ by 4″
- DSP panel: 5 1/2″ by 3 3/4″ (embossed with the retired Subtle embossing folder)
I adhered the two panels onto the card base. I then cut a circle die from the Beautiful Shapes Dies in Vellum cardstock. I stamped the sentiment onto the vellum, and dried it a little with my Heat Tool, adhering it to the card front, making sure the adhesive would be underneath the truck piece.
I stamped a truck outline in Early Espresso on a scrap of Basic White cardstock, then the ‘body’ of the truck in Boho Blue, and the tires in Early Espresso. I punched it out, then affixed it to the vellum circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I tucked two branch dies into the back of the truck bed from the Earthen Elegance dies to look like tree branches, and then added some 2023-2025 In-Color Dots to finish the card!
I hope you enjoyed my project – all the products to complete this projects can be found below. Just click on an item to start shopping with me! More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month, when our theme will be All Creatures Great and Small. Until then, have fun in your craft space!

Wow, Mary, I really love this wonderful card using the truck bundle! It’s a great bundle all year round but love how you paired it with the wonderful designer paper. Embossing it makes it look vintage, like the truck! Thanks for joining the blog hop this month!

Your card is absolutely stunning. I have to try embossing that dsp. Your card exudes a feeling of peace and comfort. Good qualities for a card.
