Sign up for our Spring/Summer Stampin’ Club!

1. We will meet monthly at my home in Fosston, Minnesota, finding a convenient date for everyone.
2. At the club, you will create 3-4 projects, materials and design provided by Mary.
3. Each month, one member becomes the ‘hostess,’ and will reap the Stampin’ Rewards from the total of all the orders!
4. The hostess for the month brings a dessert to share for the ‘social time,’ (the best part!)
5. I provide coffee and water!
6. Club Members must spend at least $35 each month for the duration of the club, to go towards the Workshop Order.
7. The club will last for as many months as there are members. We will need five-six members for the club to start, with 8 maximum, because of space limitations.

Chocolate or vanilla? Fortunately we don’t have to answer THAT age-old question, but we can say that our Ice Cream Swirl Bundle (which includes the Ice Cream Swirl Stamp Set and Dies) is delicious enough for anyone to enjoy. It also happens to be a perfect choice for step-up projects!

CASEABLE
What’s the scoop on our “CASEable” version? Our Concept Artist kept it simple using tone-on-tone stamping, die-cut images, a Lighter than Air Designer Series Paper banner embellishment, and a trio of our new Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots. We finished with a sentiment stamped in Bubble Bath ink on Basic White Cardstock. Sweet!

APPROACHABLE AVID
To make the yummy and refreshing “Approachable Avid” card really pop, we made a simple frame with Pool Party Cardstock; we also used the ice cream swirl and wafer cone detail dies to add an extra layer of fun. The striped, Lighter than Air Designer Series Papes (with its ice cream parlor vibe) provides the perfect, pastel background.

ARTFULLY AVID
To create the “Artfully Avid” Pool Party Cardstock gift packaging, we started with a watercolor wash on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper and die cut the shapes (including a cherry and rolled wafer cookie, this time!). Do you love the scalloped ice cream cone wrapper and the sunny Lemon Lolly Baker’s Twine bow? Such cute touches make this the perfect gift packaging for any summer occasion!

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month, the theme is See How My Garden Grows. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

With the upcoming new Annual Catalog 2024-25 about to go live, I thought it would be fun to CASE one of the projects from the new catty. All those beautiful layouts and samples are perfect for getting inspiration. I chose the card on the right side of p 40, from the Wildly Flowering Suite (I’ll post a pic later!) It reminded me of a flowerbox on the side of a house, or a flower planter. Here’s my take on it:

I started with an A2 card base of Lost Lagoon. I then took the Heartfelt Hexagon punch, and punched out pieces of one of the Inked Botanicals Designer Series Papers. I adhered the patterns to the front of the card, allowing them to spill off the sides of the card. When they were all pieced together, I simply flipped the entire card over, and trimmed off all the excess. Doesn’t it make a fun background?

Once I had my ‘ferny’ background done, I stamped out several floral patterns from the Painted Lavender Bundle in Moody Mauve and Blackberry Bliss, and cut them out using the Painted Lavender dies. I also cut some leaf dies out of Pretty Peacock.

I used a sentiment from the Simply Zinnia Cling Stamp Set and heat embossed on a pieced of Pebbled Path cardstock using White Embossing Powder. I cut the sentiment out using a Stitched Rectangle die. I then arranged and adhered the flowers and leaves to the back of the sentiment panel. Using a length of Pebbled Path ribbon, I wrapped the ribbon around the card and tied a square knot. I used some Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop the sentiment onto the front of the card.

I finished the card with some 2023-2025 In Color Dots. I hope you enjoyed my project today. All the products used in my cards can be found below the Blog Links.
