By the way, it looks like every single stamp set from the 2018-19 Annual Catalog is being retired and that isn’t the case! The carryover sets are being transitioned to Cling Mount. So check below to see if a favorite of yours is still hanging around but in CLING MOUNT instead! Remember, too, all the Wood Mount stamps are retiring. Everything will be PHOTOPOLYMER or CLING MOUNT.
