This Perennial Essence Designer Series paper is so pretty, it can stand all by itself with just the sentiment backed by the beautiful ornate dies.  Again, uou could add any sentiment you want to this card, and it would be appropriate for so many occasions.  Here are the Ornate Frames Dies:

In the Holiday catalog, these dies are featured in the Monster Bash Suite — look at this Halloween cuteness, orderable on September 4!
