I recently participated in a Stampin’ Pals Card Swap using some new products from the Holiday Catalog. Take a look:

The background Designer Paper is the gorgeous Wrapped in Plaid, with beautiful Christmas plaid patterns infused with gold foil. Here they are:

The Christmas tree and sentiment are from the Winter Woods stamp set. I stamped the tree on a circle cut from the Stitched Shapes Dies. What makes that beautiful gold glow? Another new product called Golden Glitz Delicata Ink, also available in silver and copper. The result is a rich shiny gold finish — WITHOUT heat embossing!

I finished off the card with some sprigs from the Sprig Punch (love a good punch), and Basic Red Rhinestone jewels. Shop with me by clicking on any of the products below! Use this CODE: DUA9WM9K to receive a FREE package of the NEW Holiday Rhinestones! From me!

Good Morning, Stampers!
The holiday season will be here before we know it. And along with putting up the Christmas tree and spending snowy nights by the fire, our Paper Pumpkin subscribers will be looking forward to opening their holiday kits. Christmastime papercrafting with Paper Pumpkin has become an annual tradition!
So to deliver more of what you love this holiday season, in October and November we are offering back-to-back coordinating kits, one with Christmas cards, the other with Christmas tags. Both kits make it easy for you to add a handmade, personal touch to your holiday giving—without a lot of fuss. It’s Christmas made easy with Paper Pumpkin!
Welcome to the Pals’ Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here because we made some great projects for “It’s the Sentiment That Counts” – showcasing new or favorite sentiments as the focal point of their project. You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
I love using special sentiment stamps. I also love stamping cool sentiments on special new framelits! What’s more fun than this curvy and whimsical sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set, combined with the Ornate Frames Dies? Love it!

It may seem early for Christmas cards, but the holidays are just around the corner, and many of you are gearing up by choosing your favorite products from the fabulous new Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog. Well, do I have a new favorite for you! The Wrapped in Plaid Suite bundle makes it all easy!

I built the card using a card base of Shaded Spruce and then a panel of Whisper White card stock. I used the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the Cherry Cobbler panel…hard to photograph, but it adds a rich touch of texture. I also cut a rectangle shape in gold foil with the Stitched Rectangle Dies, and then wrapped a strip of the Shaded Spruce and Gold ribbon around it, adding a bow with a glue dot on the front left.
I then stamped the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed it with white embossing powder on a scrap of Shaded Spruce cardstock. Look at all these fun sentiments in the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set!
I cut the sentiment with one of the Ornate Frames dies. They’re so beautiful and will come in handy throughout the year.

Then the Tree Punch from the Wrapped in Plaid bundle did all the work for me as I stamped out three trees in the new Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper, with beautiful holiday plaids and stripes of gold foil. I popped on the trees, and then the embossed sentiment. The final touch was to add some Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels on top of each tree!

I hope you consider the Wrapped in Plaid Suite Bundle — you’ll find endless ideas for your holiday creativity. All the products I used in this project can be found at the end of this post.
More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 9, 2019 when our Hoppin’ Pals share “My Favorite Season” projects. Don’t miss the fun!

This sample from the holiday catalog uses the So Many Stars Stamp Set & Stitched Stars Dies, as well as a Gold Foil Sheet, one of my add-on recommendations for this bundle!

The sky is the limit with so many stars to choose from. Create galaxies of paper crafting projects that dazzle like the cosmos. This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set. I adore the fonts used in the sentiments. Item #150496 – $26.00
Glimmer Paper and Gold Foil (page 169 of the Annual Catalog) pair perfectly as stars, accents, and more! They are also items from my add-on recommendations listed below.

Its glasslike goodness makes it a perfect pairing with the So Many Stars Bundle! This card could become a birthday with a simple sentiment change!

Mercury Glass Designer Acetate features a faux mercury glass finish on acetate sheets.
Item #150441 – $11.50
This week, I’m featuring a new product in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog that you will use long after the holidays are over; in fact, many are predicting this will be one of the most popular items in the Holiday Catalog! This is the third of three projects to show you the versatility of this set of dies. This time, I used the brand new Christmas Designer Series Paper called Wrapped in Plaid. Here it is:

The Designer Series Papers are so so pretty — one side on each doubled sided 6 x 6″ have gold foil accents — very ‘holiday-ish!’
Here are the fantastic Ornate Frames Dies:

In the Holiday catalog, these dies are featured in the Monster Bash Suite — look at this Halloween cuteness!

But as you can see, the Ornate Frames Dies are going to be much more versatile than a single suite. Below is a list of products I used to make this card.
It’s September already, and I am offering a Host Code Ordering Special for this month. If you order over $50 on an online order, using this Host Code, you will receive a new package of Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels:
