Finally, Finally…..I had a chance to try out the new Stampin’ Up! Embossing Paste (#141979, $8.00), and might I just say….LOVE IT!! It is so easy to work with, and creates such beautiful effects!  For this card, I mixed it with two drops of Lemon Lime Twist Ink Refill and it just slid right through the Decorative Mask and onto the card.  It dries so quickly, and creates this beautiful 3D textured effect!

I used the new 2017-19 In Colors to create this card, with a Berry Burst card base and Tranquil Tide and Powder Pink accents.  I embellished just a little with a Clear Faceted Gem (#144142, $5.00).

I went back to a tried and true set today.  I used the “Watercolor in Bloom” stamp set (#139433, $25.00) and a watercolor wash background.  Don’t you love these colors together:  Peekaboo Peach and Bermuda Bay!

The sentiment is from the “Colorful Seasons” stamp set (#143726, $27.00).  The fonts are so beautiful in this set!

I added a fun new embellishment from the new annual catalog:  the Mini Sequin Trim (#144259, $6.00).  YES, those are strings of tiny black sequins – super sharp!

The Garden in Bloom stamp set by Stampin’ Up! is so versatile.  Use it as single stamp to create beautiful sharp floral images, or soft watercolor images.  Add color accents with a second stamp.  Use it as a three-step stamp set to add defining lines and put it all together!

I had the chance to open my new Stampin’ Up! bundle called “At Home With You,” a really fun set with lots of possibilities for year-round use.

Did you notice how the Tranquil Tide door opens?  I put the sentiment “I feel at home with you” on the inside when you open the door — a cute little surprise that makes this card rather interactive!

I tried a new Fancy Fold card called a Bridge Fold Card using the Daisy Delight Bundle, which includes the stamp set and punch.

My friend and I recently made fifty of this simple yet elegant card for a bridal shower invitation.

Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay look so lovely together, don’t they?  The jar and stamped images were made from the Jar of Love stamp set (#141587, $27.00).

 The flowers were stamped first using the Jar of Love stamps in Bermuda Bay inks (I stamped off to create the first layer, and then stamped full strength to create the accents.)  I then cut them out using the big Shot and the Everyday Jars Framelits Dies (#141490, $33.00).  I popped some of them up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Isn’t it a darling bouquet?   The LOVE sentiment is from the Weather Together stamp set (#141543, $21.00).

To make fifty invitations, I went into full flower-making mode, stamping and cutting 150 of them.  The rest of the card went quickly once the flowers were cut.  I love how it turned out!

Is there anything more true than the sentiment on this card — I love having a cup of coffee with a friend, including my husband, who is my best friend!

I used another design from the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper — this wooden background is perfect with the Powder Pink cardstock and Crumb Cake accents.

Once again, I just started cutting out different elements from the Coffee Cups Framelits Dies, and then pieced together two fun cups of java.  I stamped the small hearts from the Coffee Cafe Stamp Set across the lids of the cups in Powder Pink and Crumb Cake inks.

I accented this card with the Glitter Enamel Dots (#144200, $7.00) and a little bow made from Linen Thread.  Fun, fun!  I’d love to have a cup of coffee with you and talk Stampin’!

Picture this lovely bag holding some yummy chocolate and resting on each place setting at your summer dinner party, or at a picnic.

This darling Mini Treat Bag is constructed using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies by Stampin’ Up.  It takes one and a half 6″ squares of paper, in this case, the Color Theory Designer Series paper in beautiful shades of Berry Burst, Crushed Curry, Dapper Denim, and Old Olive.

The Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies can be used in so many ways — I love making holiday treat bags with all the fun DSP’s from Stampin’ Up, whether it be Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Halloween!

I constructed the bag from the thinlits dies, and then stamped some images from the Colorful Seasons stamp set.  This set is a MUST — with something for every season.

I then added a dragonfly from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies (#142749, $31.00) in Old Olive cardstock.  Underneath the dragonfly, I tucked a few loops of copper metallic thread.  Love it!  Finally, the bag is finished off with a few Glitter Enamel Dots (#144200, $7.00), my new favorite embellishment!
