My First Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge! PPA270
I was intrigued with the color combination of the beautiful Stampin’ Up! colors of Blackberry Bliss, Sahara Sand, and Always Artichoke, so thought it would be fun to play along with this challenge. Last Sunday, 9/27, was a special day for my husband and I — an anniversary of sorts — that we celebrate every year. So I made this card for him!
Woodland Embossing for Fall!
The Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up! is SO beautiful! The details in the birch trees is breathtaking! I used Cucumber Crush and Tip Top Taupe for this fresh look into fall. The cute acorn is made from Stampin’ Up!’s “Acorny Thank You” stamp set.
Poppin’ Good Fun!
These Halloween popper boxes were so fun to make with the “Happy Haunting” Designer Papers from Stampin’ Up! and the “A Little Something” Stamp Set.
Stampin’ Up! 2015 Stampin’ Pals Holiday Card Swap
This card from the 2015 Holiday Card Swap uses the “Softly Falling” TIEF. The card base is Mint Macaron. The snow scene is from Happy Scenes, stamped in Pool Party and glittered. I used the snowflakes from the Pillow Box dies to make the cut-out snowflakes in the middle circle. The silver cording adds the finishing touch!
Finally! The Stampin’ Up! 2015-16 Holiday Catalog is here!
Stampin’ Up!’s Pillow Box Thinlit Dies!
I can’t seem to stop creating Pillow Boxes from the Pillow Box Thinlits Dies from the Holiday Catalog 2015-16!

Rich Fall Colors with Freshly Made Sketches!
Trying my first Freshly Made Sketches Challenge to celebrate the anniversary of their 200th sketch. I used a combination of stamp sets in two Stampin’ Up! colors — Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive. The “Hello” greeting comes from the “Hello You” thinlits dies. I stamped the flowers from the new “Flowers in Bloom” stamp set and then cut them out by hand. The strip of texture is from the “Awesomely Artistic” set. Ribbon and buttons, both in Old Olive, add elements of interest. I love the new the Designer Series Paper called “Into the Woods,” which provides the background of small flowers.

Eyelets? Yes, Eyelets!
I’m taking part in a fun challenge from the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog. This week, it’s all about eyelets. I used three spring colors and a stamp set from the early 2000’s called “Gifts of Spring,” along with, of course, coordinating eyelets!
